Research & Development (R&D)
Driving Precision Through Applied Engineering

Core R&D Competencies
Driving innovation through precision engineering and systematic development
New Product Development (NPD)
- Tight tolerances
- Unconventional geometries
- Multi-axis operations
- Complex machining sequences
We develop an average of 30% NPDs monthly. Our R&D team works closely with production and quality to generate robust process sheets, tool layouts, and fixture designs for each new component.
Tooling & Workholding Engineering
- High-speed machining
- Stability during interrupted cuts
- Quick changeover and repeatability
- Load distribution to reduce tool wear
We design and test custom CNC collet chucks, revolving centers, and special tool holders. Each tool goes through 3D modeling, simulation, stress analysis (linear/static), and prototyping before being released to production.
Reverse Engineering & Legacy Optimization
- Dimensional analysis using precision measuring tools
- 3D modeling for recreation or redesign
- Material testing, where needed
- Functional improvements
For legacy parts, worn components, or OEM samples, we carry out comprehensive analysis and improvements (e.g., better heat dissipation, reduced weight, or tighter fit).
Facilities & Systems
- Dedicated R&D and Design Cell within Ksetra Tech Park
- In-house CAM team for end-to-end simulation
- CMM-assisted dimensional verification
- Collaboration with QA & production
- Integrated tool and document tracking
Outcome-Focused Innovation
Our R&D output is not just ideas—it includes:
Whether it's designing a new revolving center, reverse-engineering a legacy part, or developing an NPD from drawing to dispatch, our R&D team ensures that every detail—from micron-level dimensions to cycle time—is optimized for performance, cost, and consistency.
Precision Engineered, Innovation Delivered.
